Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify (typically 21-35 working days once it has shipped), we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

All orders will take approximately 3-5 business days to process. Delivery within the United States takes approximately 10-20 working days after processing, while international delivery may take slightly longer, depending on which country you reside in. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS/UPS/DHL/FEDEX to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.

We cannot issue a refund if the shipping company tried to deliver to the given address but no one was available at the shipping address to collect and sign.These orders are usually UPS OR DHL Shipped Orders and lot of times they are not sent back to us.Hence, we will not be held responsible for items not received by the customer due to the customer not being available at the given shipping address after 3 attempts have been made to deliver,signaure is mandatory.

If an item is returned due to the unavailability of the customer at the given shipping address/wrong address after several attempts of delivery, customer will be billed again to reship the order.

Please strictly note that returns and refunds will not be done for the items that are being delivered but the receiver does not want to pay their respective countries taxes and refuses to accept the order on not available at the given address to collect and sign. These orders are usually UPS OR DHL Shipped Orders and lot of times they are not sent back to us. Hence we would not do any kind of refund on these orders. Paying Respective countries custom tax can be applicable to few countries.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete,incorrect destination information or customer not available to sign and collect.
